When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Krekya support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is ongoing.
Krekya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods. Deposits made through unsupported channels will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
