Creating a Krekya account takes less than five minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a password, and confirm your details. You'll receive a verification code via SMS — enter it to activate your account. Once verified, you can log in, make your first deposit, and start playing any Krekya game straight away. You don't need to upload any documents to get started.
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Krekya. This is a strict requirement and applies to all players regardless of location. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance will be held pending verification. Please play responsibly and only if you meet the age requirement.
No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of Krekya's terms and conditions. The whole process takes about two minutes. If you no longer have access to the mobile number on your account, contact our support team directly for manual verification.
Log in to your Krekya account and go to your profile settings. From there you can update your display name, email address, and notification preferences. Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification — contact support to initiate that process. Your bKash or Nagad number used for withdrawals can also be updated from the payment settings section of your account.

Krekya supports deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh. Log in to your account, go to the Deposit section, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer from your mobile wallet. Your Krekya balance is updated instantly once the payment is confirmed. No bank account or credit card is needed.
The minimum deposit on Krekya is ৳50. This low threshold means you can try any game on the platform without committing a large amount upfront. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger a routine security review. If you're depositing for the first time, your welcome bonus will be applied automatically once the deposit is confirmed.
In most cases, deposits appear instantly. If yours hasn't shown up after five minutes, first check that the payment was actually deducted from your bKash or Nagad wallet. Yes. Every Krekya game uses a certified provably fair system. Each round result is generated by a random number algorithm before the round begins — not after bets are placed. After each round ends, you can verify the result yourself using the round hash displayed in your game history. This means no one, including Krekya, can alter or predict the outcome of any round. It's a genuine technical guarantee, not just a marketing claim.
Most Krekya games allow bets starting from ৳10 per round. Some games like King of Fishing have slightly different minimum stake structures depending on the fish tier you're targeting. The maximum bet per round varies by game and account level. All current bet limits are displayed on the game screen before you place your stake — there are no hidden limits.
If your connection drops during a round, the game server continues to run the round independently. When you reconnect, the result will be shown in your game history. If the round completed while you were disconnected and you won, the winnings are credited to your account automatically — you don't need to do anything. If the round was cancelled due to a server issue on Krekya's side, your stake is refunded in full.
Krekya games require real money bets — there is no free-play or demo mode currently available. However, the minimum bet is as low as ৳10, so you can explore any game with a very small amount.
